Frequently asked questions
Helpful answers about personalization, product care and order support.
Still have a question?
Email support@printoni.com with your product question or order number so we can help.
How do I clean my doormat?
Shake it out or vacuum for everyday dust. For deeper cleaning, spot-clean with mild soap and water and air dry flat.
Can I use it outdoors?
It's made for covered entryways — porches, hallways, and doorsteps. Keeping it out of direct rain and sun gives it the longest life.
Will it stay in place?
On most surfaces, yes. On very smooth floors, a standard thin rug pad underneath keeps it perfectly still.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are printed within a few business days and typically arrive within about two weeks — tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email support@printoni.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the item and packaging so we can review and help. Please see our refund policy for applicable terms.
What size should I choose?
Standard doorways suit the medium size; pick large for double doors or a bolder welcome. Exact dimensions are listed under each size option.
Will I receive a design preview?
Preview availability depends on the product. Check the product description, or contact support@printoni.com before ordering to confirm whether a preview is included.
