Frequently asked questions
Helpful answers about personalization, product care and order support.
Still have a question?
Email support@printoni.com with your product question or order number so we can help.
How does the sizing run?
True to size with a comfortable everyday fit. Check the size chart in the photos — between sizes, most customers size up for a relaxed feel.
Will the design crack or fade in the wash?
Wash inside-out in cold water and tumble dry low — the print is made to stay bright and smooth through regular wear and washing.
What is the fabric like?
Soft, breathable fabric made for daily wear — pre-shrunk and comfortable straight out of the package.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are printed within a few business days and typically arrive within about two weeks — tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
Can I get the wrong size exchanged?
Reach out to us and we'll help find the right solution — we want your tee to be worn, not stored in a drawer.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email support@printoni.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the item and packaging so we can review and help. Please see our refund policy for applicable terms.
Will I receive a design preview?
Preview availability depends on the product. Check the product description, or contact support@printoni.com before ordering to confirm whether a preview is included.
How do I care for my product?
